It's been there in Namakkal for more than 12 years, at the time of opening it was much hyped for its products and services. But over the period of time, their service, quality everything get to degrade. More concerning thing is they can maintain the supermarket cleanly. And name boards could be placed which indicates the product category, due to lack of this name boards, we may end up in searching for long time! Service could also be improved in terms of billing and supporting consumer.

Very Poor maintenance. Found dead rat at the corner adjacent to toothpaste rack. Informed to line staff. Don't see any steps taken. I have been there for around 1 hr after being informed this. No action taken till then. Another one is the restrooms without locks (broken). Not sure whether the same is used by their staff as well.

Nowadays very worst experience for the customers due to non availability of multiple items. I'm a regular customer for this jaisuryas, after reliance retail take over this store is worst. I have reported to the billing staff's about the non availability of the items but no use. For ex. Karthigam deepam i have visited they don't have deepam oil. What the hell they are running. Better we can go some local Maligai store even they have all items what we want.

Next visit : Security checking Discrimination is there, today i went they checked my products, girl left security didn't check her. Yesterday My father and sister went with car so they didn't check them. See the date and tick mark made by security check. First visit: the Worst behaviour of security, they are destroying the product in the name of checking, They not even put a tag for the laptop bag or some personal bag, Before enter the are telling we will check even you carry that was good because u have the option to not to enter, They has to improve much, rude behaviour of security, Loss prevention can be done in cctv or else by assistant working in store. Billing waiting, security check waiting (destroying of product). Kindly improvise the customer service.

A big store in Tamilnadu with its main branch at Erode. The store has a varieties of many things and goods which all people can offer in its lowest price. This place has a parking at its front. So this is very comfortable for parking purposes. Cost is very low and things can be afforded at very cheapest rate. Very vast area as it contains various sections.
