Reliable place to train yourself into discipline. Amazing trainers who help to plan and execute your routine workouts with motivation. Flexible timings are present. They guide you with food intakes. Men and Women Safe environment with cctv. Gym consist of safe dressing and restrooms. I could literally see health difference and a toned feature in a month.

I've been a member of this gym for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness experiences I've ever had. The trainers and nutritionists here are exceptional. Master Antony excels in his training and is highly motivating with each session. His friendly approach helps you learn the value of discipline, and he guides you every step of the way toward your goals. Doctor Dhinu, a certified NASM-CPT trainer and nutritionist, provides excellent training and highly motivating sessions. Her delicious and satisfying meal plans help you stay full while losing weight. This gym is more than just a place to train; it's a sanctuary where people can be reborn and rediscover themselves

Good and peaceful environment for workout. Changes can been felt within weeks. Coaches are so friendly and female coach is also available so that it's comfortable for girls too

Limited space, limited equipments with limited coach availability. Fees is high for such limited facilities. It's good for non serious people. Less ventilation. Trainers are not much professional. Not value for money.
