Like most of you my new year resolutions lived only few days in the past years with various gyms. Somehow this is the one and only gym that gave little more life to my motivation towards staying fit. If you are a beginner like me don't worry, the trainers have got you covered, trainers give training plan if you are a novice or you are expert or you have a specific goal like weight loss, muscle building etc. You are free to carry on with your own plan as well, that option is also available. The master trainer Merlin has more than a decade of experience in this field, he knows how each muscles in your body work both in terms of workout and diet. The other trainers are also fully capable of training you. They know the techniques which is what we miss with the other gyms. Regarding the fellow mates all are friendly and I have made couple of friends for life. The equipments are imported, you have all the equipments required for body building, not many fancy stuffs though. The gym sells nutrition suppliments as well. There are separate trainers for female trainees. Best unisex gym to try in this vicinity.

Perfect gym for gym lovers . There are many coaches in gym. We can easily learn about many new workouts. Coaches are very friendly. Equipments are in excellent good quality.
