I rate the gym 5 because it deserves it. I reduced 8 kgs in 2 and half months and I am still looking forward to reduce more and get myself fit. The Master/Trainer in the gym is a very responsible person who not only trains you but also motivates you to push beyond your limits. He gives advice on your food habits as well. Moreover he is very friendly and will guide you with even small doubts with workouts. Last but not the least as our master says, "Don't expect just going to gym will get yourself fit. You have to work for it. You have to be consistant."
