It has been a wonderful journey in aadhiyanthaa yogalaya ! No matter how stressed I am, I always feel better and relaxed after practicing yoga . I really appreciate the way sir explains each pose and the benefits his tips in improving the lifestyle, fitness, food habits and the morning yoga sessions are helping me to improve my daily strength I am glad that i had made the right decision to join Aadhiyanthaa yogalaya! Really happy to adding my reviews. I joined before 1month for anxiety disorder and indigestion problm. Now my indgestion got cleared and little bit improvement in my anxiety. It's been 3 months now attending his class. First day of class I still remember while doing exercise I went almost unconscious, that is where I felt that how much unhealthily I'm. Initially I felt why I'm not able to perform any exercise. Guidance from my Rajesekar yoga master end was excellent. He carries a book which has weekly record of each individual who is attending the class. Definitely you guys have to see his own weight transformation video and dedication. If you give 100% to him. On return you will definitely become a healthy person, no doubt about it. I was unhealthy, lethargic, lazy, not flexible. Now within 3 months I feel more energetic, laziness reduced a lot, flexible and main highlight is I'm able to perform all the exercises now. Weight when I joined 95.5 kg , now I'm 87 still way more to go. Special thanks to my friend Pradeep who showed me the path to this yoga class. Rajeshsekar Master is definitely a gem of Nagercoil.
