Very good atmosphere and the best trainer.the session is open for all levels.we do variety of workouts including zumba. Though it is a group fitness session I feel like a personal training.He ensures it is tailored to our individual fitness level. I joined here to loose weight but now I gained strength, confidence and loosing fat as well. Value for money. He is a gem and u can blindly trust him. Am addicted to his class. He is not just a trainer but a lifestyle coach. Thank you so much na! Keep rocking!!

Joining CONNECT 3 was one of the best decisions I've made for my health. I can't say enough good things !!! The gym itself is fantastic, it's spacious, well-maintained, and has everything you need... It's a welcoming and motivating environment.... But what really sets this place apart is my trainer, Mr.Naresh!!!! My training sessions with Mr Naresh have been a complete game-changer ...... He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in my progress. He crafts workout plans that is challenging yet achievable, and I've seen amazing results .He is the definition of a pro!!! His professionalism is evident in every session. I've learned so much about proper form and techniques, and he knows exactly when to push me and when to dial it back. Highly recommend!"
