new and imported machine they launched their machine 3to4 months before. Owner are supporting our fitness. Trainer also helping during workout period friendly and kindness. This gym is help to gain our weight as well also weight lose.we will develope our leg quickly in this gym.

My wife and I joined GoFit Fitness Studio 4 months before, after inquiring several gyms in the locality. GoFit was the most affortable without compromising the workout instruments. The gym is air-conditioned and situated on the main road. The gym is well equiped with latest workout instruments. There is separate workout area for ladies and my wife felt it safe and private. The gym master Mr.Kalidasan is a humble trainer who analyzes our condition and provides workout plans and diet accordingly. Being a beginner to gym, I made mistakes in certain workouts and the master always corrected me and explained the consequences of doing workouts incorrectly. I can assure you it's one of best gym in the areas ....it's a small gym but the trainer gives his 100% ...very knowledgeable trainer ......ask any dowbt about workouts he will be there ....best for fitness and bodybuilding .....good safety for girls ...there is also a seperate room for girls if they feel uncomfortable they can go there ....coach is a very decent, knowledge, and a playful guy so you feel free to approach him ....he gives u the best training.....I felt a huge difference in my body with in 2 months .... I have been working out in Gofit Mudichur gym for nearly 5 months and took PT with Coach Kalidasan. Kalidasan is an excellent coach and I highly recommend him , he is very calm, supportive at the same time ensure what best works for the client. I have lost nearly 8 kgs in the four month process with Kalidasan's help in Gofit Mudichur gym. Gym ambience is also really good. Great place to consider for workout.
