One of the best gym in nagapattinam district. A best palce for the bodybuilders to train and for fitness lovers also. Many number of bodybuilders from here compete and won lots of prices in various competions in district, state and national level also. There are many number of gyms around mayiladuthurai but KGR is one of the oldest and best gym over here....... Not only for bodybuilders normal people who is conscious in their fitness can also join here.....

Good one, but located bit rural. Has a good collection of fitness equipments, but minimum maintenance is done, some don't work properly.
