Great gym with an even greater vibe! Clean space, top-notch equipment, and a super motivating atmosphere. The environment is friendly and welcoming--perfect for beginners and regulars alike. The coach is knowledgeable, supportive, and really pushes you to reach your goals. Since joining, I've gained strength, built confidence, and finally stuck to a consistent workout routine. Huge thanks to my coach ( SIVA MASTER ) for the constant guidance and motivation--couldn't have done it without you!

Highly recommend this gym for cross-fit workouts. Trainer Shiva is extremely dedicated and provides training relevant to individual's health issues and body conditions. Gym has a lively environment, well-lit and naturally ventilated with basic amenities/ tools for cross-fit workouts. Women interested in fitness can benefit from special sessions exclusively held in morning and evening hours. On a personal note, I found the workouts very useful as I am in post-rehab phase of knee surgery requiring strengthening of Quads, Hamstring and Glutes as advised by my doctor. Trainer ensures safety while workouts and helped me fix issues relating to knee stiffness. No second thoughts! Go for it if you're looking to kickstart or upscale your fitness journey :)

Gunfit gym is the gym which i doubted at first because coach shiva said its a crossfit workout i dont even know what is crossfit its a full and full our body weight workout no fancy equipment...... strength training , weight loss workout , streches , and yoga class is an additional benefit..i love the environment even if your tired not feeling to do workout just go and sit you will automatically start giving your best.so anyone looking for gym in mannargudi i would strongly recommend. Coach shiva is friendly he will support you throughout your weight loss journey.He is the person with lots and lots of thoughts for people to lead a healthy life . I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The 60 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Gym is well-maintained and clean. Trainer are experienced, friendly, and give good guidance. Overall, GUN FIT GYM has everything you need to stay fit and healthy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality gym experience!

It's been two months since I have joined this fitness studio ( THE GUN FIT ) I actually was looking forward to a privacy comfort space for workouts and there I go finally found it . Master Shiva an excellent trainer He ensures that his techniques are unique and it really pays off and He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I appreciate my coach's behavior because he treated us very well and made us feel comfortable. During our exercises, he didn't watch us closely, which I found very respectful and made me feel at ease. I joined a gym one month ago and have already lost 4 kgs. I love the environment there, and I'm pleasantly surprised to see so many women and girls training. My coach is very genuine and provides appropriate guidance. It's the best gym for women that I have ever seen. For my story, I didn't get my periods after puberty for 10 years, but now I have regular periods. I'm very grateful to my coach for his excellent guidance. I would recommend this gym to all girls and women facing various issues, as the place is so friendly. The coach doesn't rely on severe equipment but achieves results through well-designed workouts. I was shocked to hear the success stories of other women who have trained there.
