I joined this Gym in Jan 2021. My trainer Senthil has helped me achieve my goals so far. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging. I was 62kgs when I joined and in 8 months I have gained 8kgs(70kg now). The gym is neat and installed with all required equipments. This is a fantastic gym.The coach Mr.Senthil is so friendly and constant motivator who pushed me to heights. The gym has good infrastructure and has more advanced equipments.
