Excellent facilities and proper guidance is provided for beginners and coach is certified. Professional who is very much supportive and providing work out plans irrespective of whether pt is opted or not. Apart from weight training cross fit is also available at affordable price.

Nice gym which is taken over by coach Manoj and Ganesh, they both are very good trainers, facility is equipped with many machines , RO water is available, JBL party sound system
