The staff is friendly and approachable, always willing to help or give advice when needed. The weight area is always stocked with dumbbells, barbells, and machines, and there's never a long wait for equipment. They also have an excellent range of cardio machines, including treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. Reducing my rating by 1 star. I've been a regular member since Jan 11, 2024. The gym is small, so proper temperature control is essential. I've repeatedly requested the staff to turn on the AC at least every 45 minutes once to keep the environment comfortable. Despite multiple reminders, the issue persists. Today again, I asked, and though they said they would, the AC was never turned on. It made my workout uncomfortable due to excessive heat and sweat. With only one window for ventilation, it becomes really hard to train peacefully. I'll update my review if the experience improves.
