Very good gym facilities for cardio HIIT and Weight training. Master Mr.Nagaraj is very supportive, will make us to feel good during workouts Especially his cardio and HIIT training exercises is good for weight loss, i reduced my 10 kgs weight. Very worthy compared to other gyms in madurai, training wise and space wise. Worth for money.

Good gym to reduce your weight and worthy for fees structure. I reduced my 6kg in one month with help of master. Nagarajan sir( master) is very supportive and very conscious to asign each exercise. Very recommend to the person who want to reduce weight

A good gym, here in this gym there is full freedom for all, as there is no strict gym master to always come behind u and shout, the gym master is Soo friendly with all, he is such a motivational man. The best gym with a affordable monthly price as others gym charge around 3,000 or 4,000 with few machines, here they have a lot of machines.

Puspa fitness is one of the good gym in Madurai along with Aerobics work out and this is the only gym which having Battle rope cardio workout. Mr. Nagarajan gym coach is having a tremendous knowledge in weight losing and Body building work outs and his training in the gym makes the trainee to get more enthusiastic and energetic and he is more motivational to the beginners. The gym is equipped with Ayurvedic massage in less cost and indoor games like chess and carrom. Good luck!!

Coach and master is Mr.Madurai twice. He is very attentive and gives good training. Good collection of fittness machines.
