I joined Moksa online very recently. I am a beginner with sciatica and knee issue. I did not join this program for weight loss or anything All I wanted is to begin my fitness journey and to be consistent with that is my only goal. I really love Vishnu Priya maam's commitment, her guidance and patience in teaching everyone. Workouts are very simple but effective that keeps me active for rest of my day. I feel more energetic, flexible and stress free. The best time of my day is the online class. It has become my favorite ME time. Thank you moksa fitness and VP maam for your amazing work..
