I've been a part of Iris Women Fitness Studio since January 2025, and my experience has been amazing so far! The trainers here are incredibly friendly, supportive, and always make the gym feel like a positive space to work out in. As a general trainee, I've received so much personal guidance they've helped me improve my workout form, understand each exercise better, and push myself the right way. Whenever I needed help or had a doubt, the trainers were always there with patience and motivation. I've noticed a big difference in my strength, confidence, and consistency since joining. I'm really happy to be part of this fitness community and grateful for the continuous support from the Iris team

Amazing gym experience with a very supportive staff. It's best for beginners to advanced workout with very good equipment and ambience. It has a very clean atmosphere. I think it is one of the best gym.
