I couldn't believe that I lost almost 1kg in 14 days. Really a good start to my weight loss journey. More over my sugar and BP are under control due to the excercises that I am doing here. Nisha mam is a very good trainer as well as a best entertainer. Very good motivating and enjoyable atmosphere is found here.
I will recommend this to all who wants to have a good health and peaceful life.
