Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. Air conditioned, well-equipped, clean and friendly staff. The trainers are highly motivated. They are eager to help and will take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for & they will get you there & further,while having fun. The classes are intense & you will love the diverse workout combinations. This is undoubtedly the best gym. Definitely recommend using this gym for flexibility and customer service.
