The yoga and sports classes are enjoyable and beneficial for all participants. The yoga sessions helped us relax, improve flexibility, and reduce stress, while the sports activities were fun, energetic, and encouraged teamwork. Both trainers guided us patiently, and the classes improved our physical fitness and overall well-being. Itsa healthy and positive experience. I'm enjoying classes.

Today, we had the Fun Fit Sports event at our Eclipse Yoga Studio. We started early at 5:30 AM with over 30 enthusiastic participants. Together, we enjoyed a variety of sports activities, had so much fun, and shared wonderful moments. A big thanks to Anu mam for organizing such a fantastic sports event. I truly had the best time today with my amazing yoga family!

Prenatal classes has been wonderful. It's not just about physical stretches and poses, which have been beneficial for my back pain and overall comfort. The focus on breathing and other activities has also made me feel so much happier, memorable, more flexible and strong. Most importantly I should highlight about the time dedicated to baby bonding and their guidance about it. I have left every session calm and more connected to this amazing journey. I have joined pregnancy yoga class which is very helpful to prepare my body for the labour. The streches, aasanas, breathing exercises are really wonderful... The emotional bonding between baby n me which I am getting during spiritual connections , gives me a beautiful feeling... There are activities given for every week to connect us with the baby and for the growth n wellness of the baby which is very unique... As we do those activities the baby grows healthy as well as brainy.. And also in studio we are celebrating all the special events like Guru poornima, Varalakshmi Pooja etc which makes it more special to get divine energy and blessing of God... Special thanks for conducting Baby shower which made us feel very happy... I am really blessed to get Anu mam as my Guru and for the oppurtunity given my God to join the classes...

Today session very powerful and its gives full of happiness. I felt my dream are fullfill.its keeps my body flexible and strong, while meditation brings mental clarity and a deep sense of calm. Breathing therapy instantly reduces stress and fills me with fresh energy, and sound therapy creates a peaceful atmosphere that helps me relax and sleep better. Together, these practices have improved my physical health, balanced my emotions, and given me a positive outlook on everyday life. I feel lighter, happier, and more focused than ever. A Highly Recommended Yoga Studio in Madukarai! My 5-year-old child and I have been practicing yoga at Eclipse Yoga Studio for the past three months. We initially joined to bring a positive change to our daily routine--and they truly helped us transform it! One of the unique aspects of Eclipse is their commitment beyond the studio sessions. They monitor our food habits and even check our kids' homework daily through a WhatsApp group, which we find incredibly helpful. It shows how much they care about the overall well-being of their students. A big thanks to Anu Ma'am, who personally takes care of each student. She is extremely friendly and always ready to clear our doubts and guide us. The entire Eclipse team is doing a fantastic job across all batches. They also organize many informative seminars, like Mudra classes and Nutrition sessions, which add great value. Anu Ma'am has even documented and shared real cases where yoga has helped people with various health issues.
