It's a manual gym, but Trainer guides to get us in shape. Good Coaching. You need to invest disciplined time and he will help in getting results.

As I have already informed that , gym experience was never be faded because we had a good coaching as well coach . Earlier I had no interest to train here to be frank , later I see the result and it's tremendous to see the body transformation. I would say out of ten I would give ten . Thanks for the effort as far as from trainer . According to gym I would give less because this has to be change lots of equipment because we had less count of equip for leg workout and abs workout . Please try to Elevate the equipment to improve the gym members . Thanks for asking the feedback and appreciate the Pradeep effort towards the coaching

Good place to workout with friendly and best trainers. Gym available from 5:30am to 10pm including Sunday too so convince time to workout

Trainer good...lot of equipments... Non Ac Hall..I like Fees compared with other Gym...
