A gym where you trained under the Onwer supervision and Master Stephen is the best Coach I ever got the opportunity to work with. Please please don't waste your money on other gyms if you really want change come to Muscle Zone and get the body of ur dream.

Spacious gym with professional trainers and lots of machines... Different types of workouts.Especially crossfit training is very well trained by Stephen master.. He is very professional (Mr. South India).. and genuine person tooo...parking space is available ..very safe for ladies.seperate timmings and special trainings for ladies..more important is lady trainer is only training for ladies ..tq for stephen master
