Well equipped gym with best trainer come motivator. Gaining discipline in workout and lifestyle is been great here. Diet plan and follow up they are doing was really awesome. Lots of positive vibes and encouragement. Professionalism at it's top. Good place to stay fit.

Budget friendly for such training and even diet charts are also budget friendly... Had lost 11.5kg (85.5--74) within 3.5 months that too with fluctuating food intake and without walking.

Joined here before a month. I didn't expect this kinda clean & neat GYM environment in Kulithalai. The Trainer was very good. He always motivates to keep us fit & always insists to follow the diet.
