Been training here for over a year now. Rajesh sir is the best fitness coach one can get. If you believe that you have the persistence to change your body without the use of supplements and stuff, this is the place for you.

Comfortable and knowledgeable trainers. They deliver what is needed. Compact and cozy facility.

Trainers are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. Datz wt i'm luking for. Best place in madurai to get fit.

Nice gym with good instructors. The evening shift instructors are more cooperative than the morning shift instructor. Well maintained and hygienic gym.

Gym is okayish , trainer has poor knowledge about health and musclesynthesis process , There is no bench press machine , No squat rack , lack of equipments , I personally dint like the gym itself , Very small and the monthly cost is too damn high compared to gyms here at vellore , I would not recommend this gym to anyone , Trainer himself is shapeless , He never lifts i guess he just instructs others , Lack of diet chart , He is advising people not to sleep after eating , This is totally wrong ,The main part of muscle recovery and fat loss happens when you sleep, and here this guy is telling not to sleep ,Very poor, very pathectic gym overall

Excellent Gym with neat facility and calm trainers. If you need to really focus on getting back to shape this is the right place

Ambience is good...Training will be given by Physiotherapist ...Personal care is there for each and everyone...Less cost and efficient training
