The gym equipment is decent for the price, but I've had a bad experience with the coach. He rarely shows up, and when he does, he often talks negatively about other gyms and even about his own students. I've known him for years, and unfortunately, he tends to body shame people under the guise of "motivation." He also seems quite jealous of nearby gyms.
