EASY FIT Unisex Fitness Centre

This was my happy place, my home, back in 2018. I've worked out here for 2-2.5yrs during my bachelor's at SRM, done my transformation, had fun with Ponraj master, Ajay, Daniel Anna and many more. Writing this review out of nostalgia and love that I have for this gym, give one hour of your day to this place and you'll live a healthier life - both physically and mentally. Master is the very passionate about fitness and he'll help you in every way possible to achieve your goals. Do not expect fancy standards when you enter this place, it's not a 5 start gymnasium for movie stars to work out in AC with 2-3 people around in the gym, you'll see A LOT OF PEOPLE. That being said, early mornings is usually least crowded and also 4-5.30 is okayish. 5.30-9 don't go if you are fussy about waiting for machines or seeing too many people because that's when all college kids come for a work out. But yes, this place is a gem. The pricing is steep, equipments are good, trainer is well mannered and accommodating and it's barely 10mins walk from SRM University. I do not think a student on budget wants anything better than this!

I think this is the best cost friendly gym in Potheri. The instructor is extremely polite and approachable. He sets chalanges for you if you want to hit a target weight. Almost every instrument from heavy lifting to CrossFit is available here. Also has ergometer which none of the other gyms have. It gets too crowded sometimes. Well most of the times. But if you mind your own business you should be good!

Whole Potheri i think 4to5 gym are there if you go and see thats gym that recipientlist taking style are different (rude) but i am absolutely sure this gym trainer and owner all are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful .. Gym fess also pocket friendly. Affordable for students ...

Literally the worst gym in surrounding but gets higher fee the crowd is less but almost every machine out there is non functional except an preacher curl machine. But the master is friendly. People working out there are forced to be there as they got their annual membership. I lost 1400 for absolutely nothing. Beware.

As someone who's new to fitness, I appreciate how welcoming and inclusive this gym is. The trainer creates a supportive environment and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and motivated. Plus, the diverse range of equipment caters to all fitness levels and goals.

Good quipments available. Located on the GST highway itself. But crowdy on the peak hours as the area is not so big and people are more.

Nice gym and the coach is awesome ! But if you are a powerlifter or you like to do deadlifts ,the rods doesn't have nice grip.(Gym owner should invest on a 7 ft 20 kg rod with the nice grip). Also you can't drop the weight on the floor or can't make noises as the gym is on the second floor and gym owner lives on first floor. And one more thing to remember the pics displayed on the Google search were too old ,the gym now doesn't looks like that.

Have been going to this gym for more than an year. I have had a really good time over there. The only gripe that I have about this place is the lack of space inside to accomodate the crowd as this is one of the best gyms around the area having good equipments. I provides amenities like punching bags, speed ball, battle rope, medicine balls, treadmills, rowing machine, cycling machines, and other gym equipments. It is an air conditioned gym but it doesn't cool much when there is too much crowd.
