At one point in my life, even though I had everything I needed--comfort, stability, and success--I was still silently suffering inside. I truly believe meeting her is a blessing--she is not just a mentor to me, but a sister, a friend, and a guiding light in my life. I had a very great experience with Jaya Bharathi Aunty. I went for pregnancy yoga. The breathing practice and yoga helped a lot during my labor. Yoga during my last trimester helped me maintain my weight until delivery. If you are looking for weight loss yoga or pregnancy yoga, then you are on the right page.

A fantabulous place to learn yoga.she is a professional trainee who teaches the student with patience and dedication. When we enter into the class feel the positive vibration. On my own experience this is one of the best yoga centres in Karur. I personally got much benefited out of it.
