I have been working in LIME FITNESS STUDIO for the past few months, and I'm so happy with the progress I've made. I started with very little experience in weight training and was intimidated by the gym environment. Trainers created a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, and I quickly felt comfortable.They took the time to explain each exercise thoroughly and demonstrated proper form, ensuring I avoided injury. I've gained significant strength, and feel much more confident in my ability to work out independently.Expecialy ladies have a separate lady trainer so no need to be hesitate..
