This gym has just what i need. I tend to work out in the morning. Good service , super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional. The trainer here is incredibly friendly and qualified who know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. The overall vibe is great.I highly recommend checking this gym out.

One of the most well equipped and maintained gyms in Mettupalayam.Great ambience and lovely staff and experienced trainers. Special mention about my trainer Kiran , who has been extremely dedicated and patient,he has helped work on my overall fitness and achieve my weight loss goals in a very short time without any diet . I love this place, Trainer is super friendly and encouraging. She closely watches and corrects everyone's form and adjusted the workout to suit me whilst also pushing me to my limit. Keep up with the good work!
