Gym atmosphere not so bad little sweaty but no compromise about machines and equipments everything was ultimate but they increase more active time would be good like 5-11 in the evening

the positive side~ most of the people coming to the gym are good and nice like surya bro (helps and teachs guys who does not do the workout correctly always notices every person ) ,jana bro (kind person who helps other just like surya bro ),sangkesh bro (owner of the gym he is very calm and silent person and nice never refuses to teach guys who ask him ) ,ismail bro (good person who also motivate others and teach people to do workouts crctly ) muthu kumar bro ( the real motivator bro who had a big transfermation from fat to fit always help new guys in gym says abt his struggles and mistake he did ) they are many other good guys in gym too ... Nice gym and good machines and good equiments ...nice songs too ...

Very very worst experience. Training person is not a professional person. It's waste of time and money.

There you can try a variety of equipments for an affordable fee. The room is not air-conditioned but is properly ventilated, so you will not feel that hot during the training (as of July 27th morning).
