Gym split into 3 floor ground floor for all kind of people 1st floor is hydraulic system and 2nd floor is fully treadmill and cardio section the gym has parking

My Athaan is a member of this Gym and has a good acquaintance with the owner from his College days. But he rarely goes there. Occasionally he takes me with him. It's a decent Gym with some contemporary equipments. At times I too do workout with my Athan's guidance.

It is affordable price for high quality machines and it was there almost 25 years they are so friendly and kind , there are more people to train and guide, many hotels and restaurants are near the gym ,it has special floor for cardio ,overall it is great experience over last 2 years

If you pay for AC, expect it to run only until 7.30am, which is rather strange. The AC section upstairs is free with new equipment. New equipment. Cost (quoted to me): Rs. 1200 for one month in AC; Rs. 2000 for three months. The ground floor has neither AC nor space to move around - filled with men and equipment. Well lit - cost Rs. 400 for one month; Rs. 750 for three months. can be a bit more friendly. You can sense an air of arrogance!
