They don't deliver as promised, just false promises. We have to go and chase up. They misplace/loose Aadhaar cards.. They don't have their own tracking service for speedpost. Not sure why they sell tracking service then. Need to go to third party sites which throw ads before you can try and track. Better to sell this liability of a service as well and make it private.
Worst service I have ever seen in my life, the server is never working and it takes nearly one hour just to do one single post, I have been going to their branch for last 2 days deserve is never working even though there are only two people standing before me it takes ages to process any type of post. And they are saying that they have advanced technology 2.0 for faster and better service but I don't understand this the service really working or not.

Reason nobody cares This is my first time visiting the office. I inquired about the price details for sending a courier to one of the executives. He suggested that I need to visit the counter 1 , We waited patiently in line and requested a price information ,he simply said without an address written in the parcel he couldn't tell,I was showing the address in my mobile and he asked to move out. I did the same to another private courier and inquired about the price and time of the delivery and everyone who assisted us shared what we have requested and I was able to decide which courier partner i should need to select.I was able to select blue dart and they assisted for packaging ,updating address in the parcel. India post we didn't request any of this but simply came to inquire about the price tariff to utilise the service ,if you continue to provide poor response I don't think more people will use the service.
It is the India post head office. Every staff here are very responsive. We can courier our parcels here. Speed post service are available here. We can do money order also.
