Very disappointed with the customer service. They could hire some professional person to serve the client. The employee was too harsh and was arguing that my friend won't fit in the dress she chose for trial. And she was too rude in conveying it. Very good collection and very good style
The collection is good, but the customer service is the worst. They refuse to show the dresses properly and always say, "Don't unfold." How are we supposed to see the full dress? They treat customers poorly. The staffs are so judgemental. This is not the right way to treat customers. I'm so disappointed.
