We happened to be here on the day one itself. They have a good collection but mostly seen on Family Trends itself. Looking for exclusive collection like Linen pants and shirts. Assistance is good here. Billing was a chaos and though the issue was with their IT they had a promo for customer benefit. But that too had a glitch and we happened to speak a lot to get the customer right. On the other hand we should appreciate for understanding and helping to get the benefit. Hope it will become okay in sometime.

Ajio app is your own app right? Many times your staff only suggested using it. Then what is this sudden change? Do you think we are your servents when you want we do something when you want we shouldn't do it? This way and the rude staff behaviour will put you in a big loss. I will never shop from this place again.

Worst experience ever. Staffs are too lazy to attend a customer. No one to guide or help. Person (a girl) in billing counter is so effortless. She ridicule us and pays no respect.
