It's the best gym here in this region. Especially if you are a beginner, you can blindly choose this fitness arena without comparing to any other gym. Trainers here are really skillful, passionate, motivating, energytic and very friendly. They will give timely suggestions as per individual's need and daily exercises for you. You won't repeat the same routine every week as trainers are aware of plenty of new exercises and keep on updating. The gym is equiped with number of brand new equipments and the place is very well maintained. Unlike other gyms, they conduct sports and fitness contest to boost your interest and keep yourself active. And even they celebrate each and every B'day now and then. Overall, it is the best place with perfect training provided. And it is highly recommended to all.

I have trained here for two years now i cont able to switch another gym because the comfort i feel it was osm and the trainers who train the new joiner the way its cont be able see in another gym in thiruvallur

It's very honest review after 3month completed. When I joined I was around 87. Now it's 4th month now am 80. And happily continuing with 6month package now. The trainers were very friendly. Nice interiors. Motivating colours inside the gym trainers are friendly and motivates to train up excelent equipments to build and genuine protein foods and times are efficient to works outs .
