This yoga program was a great experience for me. I experienced calmness in my mind through this class. This yoga class made my body active & I was super energetic till the end of the day. Good communication & professionalism are the highlights. Visalakshi's commitment towards this yoga class is commendable. 16 days program with her was worth it & I gained lots & lots of information about body & soul. I had one of my best yoga experiences with YogaRide center. It was a session with a group of friends. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but YogaRide was very knowledgeable and helpful, and went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. I would highly recommend YogaRide center

It was an amazing 16 days session with visalakshi. Her explanations were to the point. She helped us explore each and every part and made us feel elated by making us realize how much our body was capable to be flexible. It was a journey through our body to reach the soul. The meditation and pranayama was mesmerizing. I have never travelled within myself like this before. You would understand what I say only if u try it for yourself. She tried to cover a huge part of the syllabus in a very small duration. Her classes are great and definitely worthy to give it a try.
