Exciting place to get your workout started. Joined here 3 yrs back, still loving the ambience up here. If you are at Hosur, this is the best Gym in terms of Budget, envi, personal training as well as equipments. But sadly it's closed as of now.

Very comfortable place to workout in the mornings, but crowded at evenings

Well i was new to Hosur and was here for few days for some work. Being a Mumbai based fitness trainer myself, thought of joining a gym in Hosur for time being. And this is what i have experienced here Highly unprofessional moreover uneducated fitness trainers. The reception guy, i believe he was the receptionist because he didn't look like a trainer, but pretended like one and when asked anything regarding BC/IB goes completely clueless. TRAINERS there need to educate themselves or atleast get a basic certification done ASAP or they'll definitely end up injuring a member or two, one day. And the other trainer was super lazy, had alot of problems with me i guess, I trained twice a day which was bothering him , may be hard work is prohibited in that gym . Nevertheless , god bless NEW LIFE FITNESS. Regards.

One of the best gym in the town. The trainners are more friendly , understands your goal help achieve them. If you looking to change your body, this is your spot bro.
