SLAM Guduvanchery is one of the best gyms I've been to in terms of atmosphere and overall vibe. The space is clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned 24x7, which makes every workout comfortable. All the equipment is in excellent condition. Nothing feels worn out or neglected. A big shoutout to trainer Tharun, who's been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the fitness journey. He guides you well and genuinely wants you to improve. What I appreciate most is how responsive the gym is, if you request new equipment or accessories, they actually review it and place an order if it's essential. There are no issues with electricals or maintenance, and the whole setup feels professional and smooth. Overall, it's a great environment to train in, and they're clearly invested in giving members the best possible experience.
