Here they have a great environment and good equipments. Good service with friendly staff and excellent training and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners. Women friendly place as they have women trainer who is available all the time. The gym environment is so nice. The trainers will guide us very well when we approach them.

Wonderful gym at guduvanchery. Friendly master and trainers. Good atmosphere...happily doing excise. Here fitness class, silambam, chess ,shuttle , Yoga, fencing, health and weightloss, weight gain counselling are given in the proper guidence.

Gym thats in service more than 25 years . Experienced trainers. Others arts like silambam n karate are also taught and free boot camp conducted every weekend . Usage of badminton court is absolutely free if enrolled to gym registration. Dont judge a book by its cover . It has more stuff

Great gym with multiple trainers. First class Master with kind hearted and dedicated person.Special women's trainer for ladies. Personal training for both men and women. I impressed the way he teaches. Iam practicing for 3 years. Good manual machines and peace full place for training . Within 3 months I have got changes and improved my stamina, strength, endurance and he teaches different workouts . In this gym many special Coaching's are available like weight lifting, Silambam, fencing, yoga, boot camp, Athletics, Karate, chess. Also i am practicing silambam for 14 years.
