Have been coming here for 5 months. This place is better than my old gym. Separate timing for men and women. Nice trainers though. Don't be hesitant to ask for helps and clarifications about your workout routine, forms, diet etc. They will definitely help, but make sure you ask for it.

This gym is pretty good. There's always space for you to freely roam in the room after a rep of workout. I visit the gym at evening two trainers are available both are good at their job. You won't feel any outside environment. If you put an headphone and start to workout your mind is the limit no will disturb you. Purified water available at all the time. The entire gym is Air conditioned. I pay 1300/- per month if you pay for 3/6 months the gym fee will be drastically reduced. Every gym in Gudiyatham is now charging 800 per month and has time limit in some gyms. For the extra 400 this gym is worth it but if you compare it with city gyms chennai and Bangalore the price is high but most city Gym's have only 3/6/12 month plans and there'll be a lot of people will join a city gyms. I would have gave 5/5 stars if not for the price.
