I usually like the gym environment and facilities here, but I had a slightly uncomfortable experience recently. My friend came to enroll for the 13-month plan and was quoted 12,000. I mentioned that my sister had joined the same gym for 11,000 not long ago. When I asked about the price difference, the receptionist first said my sister received a "donation" because of her health issues, which felt odd. When I questioned it, she changed her wording to "we were just helping." This inconsistency in communication was confusing and unprofessional. While they eventually adjusted the price to 11,500 with 14 extra days, the way it was handled made the experience uncomfortable. I'm not expecting special treatment, just clarity and fairness in pricing. Transparency builds trust and I hope the management takes this feedback constructively. Also, I kindly suggest that the receptionist, Ms. Damayanthi, be encouraged to communicate more clearly in English. If that's challenging, it would be perfectly fine and more effective to speak in Tamil, especially since we are in Tamil Nadu.
