The wellness center I visited was the worst; it operates like an MLM scheme. They charge extra prices, such as 6000 for a 250-gram protein powder, which isn't worth it. They push this product on everyone, regardless of weight loss or gain .Their goals, solely focused on sales. They seem indifferent to anyone's health. For weight loss, it's better to hit the gym, and for weight gain, opt for healthy foods like milk, nuts, and eggs. My sincere advice is to avoid this center.
