Best place in Dharmapuri to start your fitness journey as a beginner. Mr Karthick is a dedicated master with an experience of over 18+ years in the field of fitness. Unlike other gyms , the master doesn't push for any supplements like protein powder to aid muscle growth. He believes in holistic fitness through consistent exercise and nutrition from consuming whole foods. Hats off to the master and his training methods.
