Best place in Dharmapuri to start your fitness journey as a beginner. Mr Karthick is a dedicated master with an experience of over 18+ years in the field of fitness. Unlike other gyms , the master doesn't push for any supplements like protein powder to aid muscle growth. He believes in holistic fitness through consistent exercise and nutrition from consuming whole foods. Hats off to the master and his training methods.

Always a comfort zone for training perfect equipments for fitness and good training

Joined two weeks before. First thing is to say is about the trainer(Karthik), who is also the owner. He ensures that he's available majority of the time in gym. He clarifies the doubts on-time, and helps/motivates us a lot. For sure, he doesn't recommend any artificial supplements. I could see some improvements in my energy level with his training. Now, on the gym, it is maintained well. Will post my next review after a month or two, to share my progress/learnings in this gym.

Gym was so good , natural ways for fitness & master also good to personal care for our fitness

I joined this gym recently. I find it to be a safe and secure place for women to do gyming. On diet, unlike other trainers, the guidance provided by this gym trainer(Karthik) doesn't add stress. It's simple to follow. Thanks.
