A special shoutout to Trainer Prasanth -- his guidance, motivation, and personalized training plans have truly made a difference in my fitness journey. He's supportive, pushing you to give your best while making the process enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym and Prasanth if you're serious about reaching your fitness goals!

Love working out here! The gym has a great vibe, its clean, and the equipment is well-maintained. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Prasath master is an excellent trainer--always supportive, clear with his guidance, and easy to approach. The overall energy of the place is uplifting, and u actually look forward to coming in every day. Highly recommend this gym to anyone who's serious about fitness and wants to train in a supportive, clean, and motivating environment!

It's almost 1 year for me at this gym. The best part is i don't feel like quitting due to the constant motivation by the owners of the gym and the trainers. Its probably the only gym (as far as I know in and around this area) with high cleanliness and orderliness. No time wasters at this gym. Mr.Prasad(my trainer) is very friendly and pushy at the same time.He gets the output with smartness. Its very motivating to get trained by him. This Gym is only for people who are really serious about their fitness goals.

ZIVON is easily the best part of my day . It's well equipped , the vibes are chill and fun The trainers are supportive--special shoutout to Anand Sir for his knowledge and guidance. Everyone here is kind, making it a safe space (particularly for women ) . They conduct various challenges to keep things exciting and bring people together! Overall a great place to sweat , cry and question your life choices (in a good way) Highly recommend :)
