Came across this gym through Instagram and enrolled for gym training. The gym is super clean, well maintained with proper restrooms, changing rooms and ample parking space.The workouts are always preceded by proper warm up and mobility followed by warm down. My trainer Mr.Jerald guided me from the start with patience and curated my work out routine from beginners level, he pushed and encouraged me to do to my best and corrected my form whenever needed. I lost 4 kgs in one month under his proper guidance and I would strongly recommend him.

Hands down the best facility around. The gym is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. The trainers are nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Resistance 60. Excellent personal training and group glasses from boxing, yoga, strength training, cross fit and weight training, even if you're a complete amateur or a woman hesitant to hit the gym, I highly suggest you book yourself a session and experience for yourself.
