I had always have such a fun coming to the aerobics class with an enthusiastic energy. My trainer subiksha is great at keeping us engaged and mixing things up on day to day. I had such an amazing experience over a month. I would be the privilege of myself to have a such an amazing and caring trainer. Her on the spot dancing steps and skills make me wonder , there is no doubt that her hardwork and art have received all everywhere where we go for a workout. It's an awful memory for me and I would develop myself in a better version both mentally and physically.i would feel a drastic change in my lifestyle after getting to the aerobics class as I have lost some fat in just 1 month ofjoining.
