I've been training here for a while and absolutely love the experience! The gym has a great vibe -- clean, well-equipped, and motivating. A special thanks to Trainer Gowtham, who is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your progress. He always makes sure I do every workout correctly and pushes me just the right amount. His guidance has really helped me stay consistent and see visible results. Highly recommend this gym and especially Gowtham sir for anyone who wants real progress and positive energy!

This gym is located in the prime Nanjundapuram area. The ambiance of the gym makes sure you're in the right place to workout without any hesitation. The trainers here are very professional and they make sure your physic is completely transformed once you dedicate yourself to them . The equipment too looks well maintained and all are adequate. Sometimes in the morning it'll be a bit difficult to get the right dumbbells as it's peak time .Not to worry they run gym until 11 also. Gowtham and Tamil both train you properly and it's a blind commitment you give them and follow ,they do the rest .
