Joined here in March'25, and I started seeing real changes from June'25 onwards..Weights moved easier,,,,could lift heavy and confidently! Huge thanks to my trainer praveen, who really helped me improve my strength, endurance, metabolism through his mindful and knowledged training. He pushes just the right and makes sure that my form is always correct. The gym environment is clean, safe, and filled with positive energy. The machines are well-maintained, praba master,, the trainer team,, here is super supportive. It genuinely feels like a good place to workout and grow stronger. Big mention to Vijay sir for creating such a motivating and positive fitness space. Truly grateful for making fitness both accessible and safe..Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get stronger and feel more confident! Walk in--Workout--Witness!

I have been to many gyms, both unisex and mono and I was not able to workout consistently due to the lack of amenities, and cleanliness. As a female, I always wanted a safe and secure place to workout, maintain healthy and make myself feel good about my body and fitness. This gym made it possible. The trainers are so disciplined and they maintain a decorum inside the gym. There's no partiality or insecurity for both the genders. The training is very effective. It is a well maintained, clean equipped gym with skillful trainers. I feel happy that I am a part of building a healthy body with Monster's Lifestyle Gym.

The gym atmosphere along with the equipment are too good.... People here are very friendly and give good training too ... I have never missed even one day of my workout session.... Trainers here give very good exercise without charging extra.. general training is very good... Highly recommended place for good health as their logo says "your health partner" is so true ....
