I have completed my one year of membership in this gym, so my review will cover all the points which you are searching for!! Perks of this gym: In the PNP area surrounding, this is the only gym which is open for 17hrs (5AM to 10PM). This will help all the working professionals,school& all students. This gym got a national excellence award for best organic & natural center by NEA. Gym Atmosphere: Koru gym has separate space for weights and floor workouts. There will be more space even in the peak hours. Since the gym is located on the first floor, the air circulation is better. The gym will be cleaned on a daily basis(floor). It will avoid the dust and smells of sweet smell. We can work out pleasantly Trainers & Equipments: Experienced trainers will be there to guide and teach you about workouts and diet. You will get natural diet other than the supplements, because this gym got a national excellence award for best organic & natural center. There will be new trainers if other trainers are on leave. Periodically maintained equipment is available here. DB upto 35kgs, Plates upto 25kgs, machine max 100kgs. Two treadmills, two cycles(well I use treadmills and cycle) Membership: I took yearly membership (5000), which is the best option. Gym management will give frequent offers too.
