I have lost 8 kgs in a month on a healthy way . Trainers sabin and Dinesh are very good in teaching on professional way . They were. Very supportive in guiding and training us . They are very open to approach. KB gym is far more better than from my previous gym . They do have place for cross fit . I decrease one star for interior. If interior improves I will give 5 way to go...
I've been coming to this gym (kb fitness) for a month . Mr. Dinesh is my trainer . He is patient & attentive to the specific needs to his trainees , he know how to adopt to my level of beginer. Personally I like the variety of workout sessions so am not get bored, I've had a great experience training with Dinesh & am looking forward to continuing train with him , I recommended Mr.Dinesh if u're looking for results.

It's been more than two weeks. I can see the improvements myself. Mr Dinesh is my trainer, he is very patient, good at teaching and very supportive at training. The floor could be much cleaner.
