Good trainer, friendly behaviour , Space is not very big, sometimes congested. Women and men doing workouts at same time is a minus . Old location near chokkampudhur is good compared to new location

Mr.Anwar Deen is a greatest bodybuilder in Coimbatore. I have been working out in his gym almost a year now and never hestiate to clarify my doubt with him, as he gave us accessiable way to approach him. There are many people got benefit from his training and I am glad to say that I am one of them.. he has very good experience in workhouts and nutrition & diet which eventually help people to achieve their dream..It's great to hear that he is a first person from Coimbatore to got selected for Mr.Olymbia contest(india) and performed in front of wider audiences..i would like to take this opportunity to thank and pray for his future achievement
